PAINTING EN PLEIN AIR – WITH DANI HUMBERSTONE WEDNESDAY 17th JUNE 2026

£130.00

Join us for an inspiring day painting in nature on the edge of the beautiful lakes at Lakedown in the heart of one of the most beautiful valleys in East Sussex. We ran this course for the first time last summer and had the most wonderful day, resulting in some impressive work from budding artists.

Dani will take us through choosing our composition and sketching it out before picking up our brushes to lay down some paint. Help will be on for hand colour mixing and how to achieve authentic looking reflections in the lake. We will be in a very green environment, working with a limited palate informed by nature.

We will be guests of Lakedown Tap Room, on Roger Daltrey’s estate. There are few places where we can paint peacefully with loos, refreshments, lunches and shelter (should we need it) to hand. In view of this we ask that you buy your own refreshments and light lunch from the Tap Room. Every thing is very reasonably priced and delicious. Dietary requirements are catered for.
