As part of painting week, using the most delicate of mediums, learn how to interpret your favourite building as a work of art by delving into the realm of watercolour.
Imogen is dedicated to sharing the joys of watercolour and will take you on a journey of artistic discovery. We begin with the fundamentals of watercolour techniques, laying the groundwork and colour mixing, before embarking on our own personal project - capturing the essence of a beloved building or significant location.
This wonderfully mindful creative day is the perfect respite from the hustle and bustle of daily life.
What to Expect
Expert tutelage in a friendly and relaxed environment.
Learn the fundamentals of watercolour
Capture the essence of a place you love or significant building.
You will go home with your own illustrated watercolour booklet to continue practising at home.
Practical Details
This is a full day course running from 10am to 3.30pm at The Bell in Ticehurst.
All materials and lunch are included.
Bring a printed, good quality photograph of your building.
This course is suitable for beginners.
